These Terms of Service govern your use of the Krishivihanga mobile application, website (www.krishivihanga.com), and subscription doorstep delivery services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Direct Farm-to-Doorstep Model

Krishivihanga operates an agritech supply chain delivering direct, pure raw buffalo milk or cow milk and other related dairy products, farm eggs, and chemical-free or natural farmed or organic produce or regular produce from agricultural clusters in Ibrahimpatnam and surrounding farming zones directly to designated residential apartments in Hyderabad without middlemen.

2. Morning Delivery Window & Order Cutoff Rules

      Daily Operational Deadlines:
      08:30 PM Daily Cutoff: All new subscription additions, ad-hoc produce orders, vacation pause requests, or quantity modifications for the following morning must be submitted in the app before 08:30 PM IST.
05:30 AM – 07:00 AM Silent Doorstep Drop: Deliveries are placed silently inside the customer's doorstep delivery bag or basket to preserve your morning peace.

    

Modifications attempted after 08:30 PM will take effect on the second succeeding calendar day to prevent unharvested farm waste.

3. Glass Bottle Deposits & Quality Claims

Glass Bottle Packaging: Fresh milk is distributed in eco-friendly glass bottles. A refundable container security deposit is charged upon subscription initialization. Bottles must be rinsed and returned clean to the doorstep basket for collection. Damaged or unreturned bottles incur replacement deductions from the deposit.
Raw Buffalo / Cow Milk Care: We deliver whole, unadulterated, farm-chilled raw milk. Patrons are required to boil raw milk immediately upon collection before consumption.
Quality Claims: If a delivery is received damaged or compromised, customers must notify Customer Support via the app by 10:00 AM on the day of delivery with a clear photograph for wallet reimbursement.

4. Wallet, Subscriptions & Payments

Razorpay Integration: Payments for wallet recharges and order checkouts are handled through Razorpay Software Private Limited (RBI-authorized payment aggregator). We do not store raw card credentials or UPI PINs.
Wallet Deductions: Daily subscription items are deducted from your prepaid Krishivihanga wallet balance upon confirmation of morning dispatch.
Vacation Mode: If vacation pauses are activated prior to the 08:30 PM cutoff, zero deductions occur during the paused dates.

5. Account Creation, In-App Deletion & Communication

Users must register using a valid 10-digit mobile number. You authorize Krishivihanga to send transactional SMS, automated OTPs, digital PDF tax invoices, and operational order updates via WhatsApp, E-mail, and push notifications. In compliance with mobile app store mandates, users can delete their accounts directly within the app under profile settings at any time.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from transactions on this platform shall be subject exclusively to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh or at our operational hub in Hyderabad, Telangana.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the DPDP Act 2023:
