Krishivihanga AgriTech Enterprises Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your digital personal data in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and safeguard personal data when you use our mobile applications (CMD/Supervisor, Farmer, Rider, Consumer) and website (www.krishivihanga.com).

1. Personal Data We Collect

As a Data Fiduciary, we collect only the digital personal data necessary to execute direct farm procurement, cold-chain distribution, and subscription deliveries:

• Identity & Contact Data: Full name, mobile phone number, email address, and residential delivery addresses.
• Transaction & Financial Data: Order history, subscription schedules, and wallet top-up records. (Note: Payment transactions are securely processed via RBI-approved aggregators like Razorpay; we never store full card details or UPI credentials).
• Device & Location Data: IP address, device identifiers, and precise GPS location data required for delivery route optimization and doorstep fulfillment.

2. Lawful Grounds & Purpose Limitation

In accordance with Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023, your data is processed based on your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for the following lawful purposes:

• Executing daily farm-fresh milk, dairy, and produce doorstep deliveries.
• Managing security deposits and returns for glass bottle distribution containers.
• Communicating operational updates, delivery OTPs, invoices, and customer support via SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared exclusively with authorized data processors under strict contractual obligations, including logistics/rider personnel, cloud hosting providers (Firebase/Google Cloud), and Razorpay for payment processing.

4. Rights of the Data Principal

Under Chapter III of the DPDP Act 2023, you hold the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a summary of personal data processed by us.
• Right to Correction and Erasure: Request correction of inaccurate data or complete erasure of your personal data when no longer necessary for the specified purpose.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent at any time directly through app settings or by writing to our Grievance Officer. Upon withdrawal, we will cease processing and delete your profile subject to statutory financial retention laws.

5. Account & Personal Data Deletion Workflow

In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, you can permanently delete your account and associated personal data directly within the mobile application under Settings > Profile > Delete Account, or by visiting www.krishivihanga.com/data-deletion. Data erasure is completed within 72 hours, excluding tax records mandated by Indian corporate law.
